My name is Ryan Perlman. I am the founder of Torque Chase.
I grew up in rural New York and moved to Pennsylvania when I was 21 to start my career in healthcare. Up until 2020, I really had no interest in cars at all and I only thought of them as a means of transportation.
In 2020, the world stood still for many months while we patiently waited out the Covid-19 pandemic. During this time, my love and infatuation with the automotive industry was born.
Fast forward a few years to present day. I spend hours of my free time researching, fantasizing, and envisioning myself driving all of these gorgeous vehicles. It has truly become an obsession. And while I am not mechanically inclined per se, I do intend to learn and expand my knowledge of the automotive industry in the years to come.
In 2022, I moved with my beautiful girlfriend (we are now engaged) to beautiful Charleston, South Carolina. Here, we are surrounded by countless car dealerships and enough twisty back roads to make your head spin. It has been a match made in Heaven.
